The Trek is a dependable, durable, rugged, compact and affordable digital system for equine – weights only 40lbs and is available with a soft or hard case for easy mobile transport. It processes plate sizes 14×17, 10×12 and 8×10 along with smaller custom size intraoral dental plates if needed. It is easy to learn and operate and is very low maintenence. It produces detail-rich, diagnostic quality digital images in just seconds using reusable phosphor storage plates (PSPs). Expose the PSP with your existing portable X-ray machine – if your existing X-ray machine works with your film/cassette plates it will work with PSP plates saving you the investment of a new x-ray machine. Imaging plates are erased in a continuous cycle by the patented in-line erase feature.
